Primary Information: We take the opportunity of introducing ourselves as one of th e Company named “QUARTZ SILICATE INDUSTRIES” located in MANIKPUR, SHAPUR,MADHABPUR,HABIGANJ. It has 3 complete units set up with modern auto machinery’s specializing in contract manufacturing of sodium silicate,like Gum, Alkaline,high density meta silicate. It has a progressive management team and good employee programs. Located it’s rented well lighted and ventilated premises, the project is a model operation in Bangladesh, capable of producing high quality Sodium Silicate Product .

We mainly use fabric as are prefer-red and recommended by the buyer’s. We have very reliable fabric and accessories sources in Abroad and in our local Bangladesh.

Production started in 14 October 2014 after 1 months rigorous training. Employees have been trained in more than one operation to improve the overall quality and condition between various.   

INTRODUCTION 

Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3) is formed by melting sand and Sodium Carbonate (Soda Ash). The industrial name of it is water glass. It is extensively used in the manufacturing of Detergents, Ceraic Factory, Card-board, Paper, Textiles, Paints, Adhesives, Packaging, Sanitary ware, Refractories, Foundry and Wood Processing Industries because of it’s very good binding, adhesive, bleaching and sizing properties respectively. It is also used as electrolyte in keeping fine particles in suspension (of water) without allowing them to settle down.
